Location: Remote (FL, VA or NV preferably)
Vacatia is an innovative hospitality company reinventing the vacation rental and ownership experience across discovery, booking, and stay. We’re building the next generation of travel lifestyle products—blending technology, hospitality, and design to create smarter, more connected experiences for guests and owners.
We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Virtual Sales Representative who will deliver high-impact virtual sales presentations and close ownership opportunities through consultative, relationship-driven selling. If you thrive in fast-paced sales environments and love turning conversations into unforgettable vacation experiences, this role is for you.

Your Impact
- Deliver engaging, consultative virtual sales presentations to current owners
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored vacation ownership solutions
- Present product features, pricing, promotions, and financing options with confidence
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and manage your pipeline to improve close rates
- Provide exceptional customer experiences that build trust and long-term engagement
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales
- Previous experience with RCI or Vacation Village preferred
- Strong virtual presentation, communication, and closing skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual sales tools
- Resilience, persistence, and confidence handling objections and rejection
