We are hiring a reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team in Downtown Pittsburgh . This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring all areas are cleaned to company standards while leading, training, and supporting housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff
- Assign and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards
- Train and support housekeeping team members
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all safety and sanitation procedures are followed
- Address housekeeping concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
