Job Description
TITLE: Registered Nurse - Nursing

SCHEDULE: Full Time, Mixed Shift (7 Day Shifts: 6am-2pm; 3 PM Shifts: 2pm-10pm)

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

REQUIREMENTS:
- Nursing degree (2-year minimum; 4-year preferred)
- Valid Registered Nursing license in the state
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ years of related work experience preferred

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate timely with physicians and families regarding significant changes in resident conditions.
- Complete resident assessments and medication administration following the 5 Rights.
- Perform wound care and assessments as needed while monitoring residents for changes in condition.
- Lead the nursing team by assessing and directing situations effectively.
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate and thorough resident records through diligent charting.
