Property Manager

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience Build Relationships and Develop Exceptional Experiences At Kauai Vacation Rentals, our Property Managers do much more than oversee homes. They become trusted partners to homeowners, helping protect one of their biggest investments while ensuring every guest has an exceptional vacation experience. One morning you may be meeting with a homeowner, another coordinating repairs with a vendor, and later ensuring a property is ready for its next guests. You'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio while working alongside a supportive team that's committed to delivering outstanding service. What Will You Do Build strong relationships with a portfolio of vacation homeowners and serve as their primary point of contact. Conduct property inspections to ensure homes are guest ready and maintained to company standards. Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues quickly. Communicate proactively with homeowners regarding property updates, maintenance needs, and guest feedback. Track inspections, repairs, inventory, and property updates using company systems. Partner with Assistant Property Managers and internal teams to ensure every property delivers an exceptional guest experience. Our Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping people. You’ll be a great fit if you: Have experience in property management, vacation rentals, hospitality, hotels, residential communities, or another customer focused environment. Build trust easily and communicate professionally with homeowners, guests, vendors, and teammates. Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Enjoy solving problems and following through until the job is done. Have a hands on attitude and are willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team. Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience with Breezeway, Escapia, or other property management software is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate. Please note: This is an onsite position based in Kauai, Hawaii. Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must already reside on Kauai or have independent relocation plans that allow them to begin working onsite within approximately 14-21 days of accepting an offer. Why Kauai Vacation Rentals?
