It is the loudest, most physical, and most critical bottleneck in the entire fulfillment process. As an Outbound Dock Worker , you are the muscle that ensures millions of packages make it onto the trucks before the dispatch cutoff times. Heavy Material Handling: You will safely operate heavy-duty manual pallet jacks and powered walkie-riders to transport massive, shrink-wrapped pallets weighing hundreds of pounds from the staging lanes directly into the outbound trucks. Yard & Dock Safety: The dock is a high-traffic zone filled with moving machinery. You will strictly enforce the "Circle of Safety," ensuring all trailers are securely locked to the dock doors with glad-hands and wheel chocks before anyone enters the trailer.
