Manager of Horticulture & Landscape Presentation

Shell Bay , located in Hallandale, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Manager of Horticulture & Landscape Presentation! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Reporting directly to Garrett Boddington, Director of Agronomy & Grounds, this newly created full-time salaried leadership position will work closely alongside our Landscape Manager, Pedro, with one clear objective: To elevate every aspect of our landscape presentation to an uncompromising world-class standard. As Shell Bay prepares for the opening of our luxury hotel, private residences, marina, and additional amenities, the importance of our landscape has never been greater. Every arrival, every pathway, every garden, every specimen tree, every waterfront view, and every outdoor space contributes to the experience our members and guests expect. Your role will be to preserve that vision while continually refining and enhancing the presentation of the property as it matures, ensuring it remains one of the finest examples of luxury landscape design in the country.
