Assembler $21-22/hr (Willing to Train!)1st ShiftMonday - Thursday5:00 AM - 3:30 PMFriday overtime may be available based on production needs2nd ShiftMonday - Thursday3:30 PM - 2:00 AMFriday overtime may be available based on production needsJob ResponsibilitiesAs an Assembler, you will help build by:Assembling products from start to finish using established work instructionsReading production orders and identifying required materialsUsing hand and power tools, including drills, screw guns, nail guns, routers, sanders, and sawsMeasuring materials and components accurately using a tape measureInspecting products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are metReporting material shortages, defects, or quality concerns to leadershipFollowing all safety guidelines and manufacturing proceduresAssisting with additional production tasks as neededWorking collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsQualificationsAbility to safely operate hand and power tools (will be trained)Ability to read and follow work instructionsBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to accurately read a tape measureStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.Reliable attendance and strong work ethicHigh School Diploma or GED preferredWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a high-volume manufacturing facility where employees build in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on quality and safety.Steel-toed shoes requiredCasual work attire permittedFacility is not air-conditionedFrequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required throughout the shiftJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
