You'll be part of a trusted brand with a supportive team and real opportunities to grow your skills and income.What You'll Do as a Retail Sales AssociateYou will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial productsAssist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packagesManage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the dayContribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as neededLocation Address: 6580 N Main St., Suite A, Dayton, OH 45415What Makes You a Great FitHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearlyComfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environmentPrevious sales experience is a plusBasic geography knowledge is a plusNotary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.
