Remote Travel Required : Less than 15% Job Summary As the Director, Technical Program Management, Ad Tech, you will lead delivery across PatientPoint’s Ad Tech portfolio, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Ad Operations, Yield, Sales and other business teams to translate strategy into coordinated, predictable execution. You will own the delivery operating model across a complex portfolio including Precision Ad Tech, Programmatic, Ad Server, GAM, Yield, infrastructure and platform initiatives, vendor implementations, and cross-functional dependencies. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead and develop the TPMs supporting Ad Tech while remaining close enough to the work to step into complex delivery challenges when needed. You will create clear visibility into portfolio health, risks, dependencies, decisions and launch readiness while helping the team mature how it plans and delivers. What You’ll Do Portfolio & Delivery Leadership Own integrated planning and delivery health across the Ad Tech portfolio. Establish clear portfolio visibility across priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions. Create effective operating cadences for planning, RAID, delivery health and launch readiness. Lead complex cross-functional programs spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Operations and external partners. Anticipate delivery risks and dependencies and drive resolution before they materially impact outcomes. Step directly into high-priority delivery or operational challenges when additional leadership is needed. Ensure major launches have clear ownership, readiness criteria, success measures and contingency plans. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the delivery counterpart to senior Product and Engineering leaders across Ad Tech. Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Data, Ad Operations, Yield, Sales and Revenue. Challenge assumptions, commitments and delivery plans constructively when risks or dependencies are not sufficiently understood. Bring the right leaders together to resolve cross-functional issues and drive timely decisions. Escalate material risks or unresolved decisions with clear context and a recommendation. Connect technical delivery to operational and commercial outcomes. People & TPM Leadership Lead, coach and develop the TPMs supporting the Ad Tech portfolio. Set clear expectations for program leadership, stakeholder management, technical depth and accountability. Help TPMs move beyond coordination and reporting toward proactive program leadership. Partner with the broader Tech PMO team to establish consistent program and portfolio practices. Help drive adoption of common planning, delivery, portfolio visibility and AI-assisted delivery practices across the organization. What We Need 10+ years of technical program, portfolio or technology delivery leadership experience. Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-team technology portfolios or programs. Experience leading and developing Technical Program Managers or similar delivery leaders. Strong technical literacy and credibility with Product and Engineering leaders. Deep experience in integrated planning, dependency management, risk management, delivery health and launch readiness. Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to create structure and accountability in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Ability to operate at both portfolio level and hands-on delivery level. Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect technology execution to business outcomes. Desired Experience Experience with complex platforms, vendor implementations, technology transformations or platform migrations. Ad Tech, digital media or programmatic advertising experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with ad serving, programmatic platforms, yield management, SSP/DSP ecosystems, measurement or advertising data. Experience working across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations and commercial teams. What You’ll Need to Succeed You create clarity from ambiguity. Base Salary Band: $162,900 - $228,500 Compensation: At PatientPoint, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards.
