Compliance Lead FCRA and FDCPA

To support compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Compliance Lead will oversee adherence to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), manage compliance-related issues, and advise various teams on regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Provide regulatory compliance advisory to ensure alignment with the latest servicing, collections, and repayments regulations Identify and manage compliance-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions Develop and deliver training programs on relevant compliance regulations to enhance organizational awareness and understanding Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification in compliance is a plus Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in compliance and issues management, specifically related to servicing operations compliance In-depth knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, and other servicing regulations and best practices Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate complex compliance issues Proven analytical skills with the capacity to assess compliance issues and develop effective solutions
