Associate Customer Success Executive- East

Becton Dickinson & Co

This field-based role supports customer success for analytical laboratory instruments across nine eastern U.S. states. The Associate Executive manages director-level customer relationships throughout their lifecycle, collaborates with internal teams to optimize customer experience, and identifies opportunities for product adoption and contract renewal.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain customer relationships with director-level clients through full lifecycle
Drive customer success culture across regions and align activities with internal teams
Identify growth opportunities and facilitate cross-sell, up-sell, and contract renewal activities
Define and track customer success metrics; report on satisfaction scores and health indicators
Advocate for customer needs across organization to improve solutions and drive adoption

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or similar field
7+ years customer success experience in large-scale organizations
Clinical laboratory experience such as medical technologist or lab manager
Ability to navigate matrixed environments and work cross-functionally
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and consensus-building skills
Experience with hospital and lab informatics systems
Willingness to travel over 50%
