Location: 2537 S Saunders St, Raleigh, NC 27603-2843 Job Summary Sam’s Club is seeking a Food Service Associate to maintain knowledge of product specifications, prepare food, and support members with day‑to‑day operations. Key Responsibilities Be a Team Member : Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate across functions, educate associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible to business needs. Be an Expert : Prepare food according to item specifications, plan and manage production, handle seasonality, adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold‑chain standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, club pickup orders, training, and product quality. Be an Owner : Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, maintain quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, provide member service, and resolve member concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador : Champion the brand, inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style, and assist in training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and adapt to change. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all required training and assessment within the prescribed timeframe.
