Physical Therapy Assistant | Full Time | Murfreesboro, TN All Heart Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team in the Murfreesboro area. This full‑time role offers the opportunity to provide personalized, one‑on‑one care to patients in the comfort of their homes while working alongside a supportive clinical team. Key Responsibilities Provide in-home physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises, safety protocols, and home care techniques Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care Travel to patient homes within the assigned service area Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Tennessee Current CPR certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a full‑time caseload effectively Previous home health experience preferred but not required Work Schedule Full‑time Schedule based on patient needs and assigned caseload #J-18808-Ljbffr
