Digital Marketing Strategist

The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Red E’s digital advertising efforts to increase online sales, generate qualified leads, improve conversions, and drive measurable revenue growth.

This is a hands-on, results-driven role focused on paid digital advertising, e-commerce performance, conversion optimization, and analytics. The Digital Marketing Strategist will independently manage campaigns, analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvements that produce measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets and continually optimize campaigns for performance and return on investment.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, CTR, conversions, sales, and revenue.
• Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to identify opportunities to increase online sales and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, and website content to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, reduce abandoned carts, and strengthen the online purchasing experience.
• Track qualified leads through the sales process to measure conversion rates, revenue impact, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide meaningful insight into marketing performance and profitability.
• Identify and implement new digital advertising strategies and opportunities that support sales and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other team members to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics, conversion tracking, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns, analyze results, and make performance-driven adjustments.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Merchant Center is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic environment.
