Software Developer

Our client is growing its team and is seeking a Software Developer to build and enhance specialized healthcare analytics applications used to help hospitals make smarter financial and operational decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where your work directly impacts meaningful software solutions and where you'll work closely with experienced leadership in a supportive environment.

Compensation
• $50,000-$60,000

What You'll Be Doing
• Design, build, and maintain internal healthcare cost analytics applications
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code
• Troubleshoot bugs, data issues, and performance challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system functionality
• Respond to support requests and help ensure system reliability

What You'll Need to be Considered
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related field-or equivalent experience
• .NET and SQL Server experience
• Understanding of database design, querying, and performance optimization
• Experience with MS Access/VBA or VB6 is highly valued
• Healthcare experience is a plus
