Production Manager - Springfield, MA

Production Manager
The Production Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with continuous improvement efforts, driving change and processes on the manufacturing floor
- Complete plant planning, product flow and manage the overall flow of operations
- Manage several direct reports including two area managers, several supervisors and production employees
- Utilize their ERP system
- This is a 3 shift, 24/7 operation so the Production Manager must be open to being on site for extensive hours, if needed.
The successful Production Manager will:
- 7-10 years of industry experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience working in a high volume manufacturing environment, ideally in the industrial industry
- Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment, implementing changes and driving continuous improvement efforts
- Have a strong background with ERP systems
