Job Details Location: Galdisa USA, Inc - Conroe, TX 77303 Position Type: Full-time Education Level: High School Diploma Salary Range: $20.50 - $20.50 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Category: Warehouse Job Summary The Receiving Lead oversees the reception of incoming deliveries to the warehouse accurately and according to the purchase order and all documents for materials are provided and uploaded. The Receiving Lead will ensure all organization and daily tasks of the receiving warehouse as well as lead and coordinate all operations with the receiving clerks to ensure all work is done properly and as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor. A high level of problem-solving is required to contribute to the development of processes and procedures, as well as proficiency in inventory management. Duties/Responsibilities Collaborating with the Warehouse Supervisor for incoming deliveries and daily tasks for the Receiving Warehouse. Verify and receive incoming trucks and ensure all docs are provided and accurate. Complete all documents after ensuring the load is correct (check for quantity, quality, price, etc.) and upload all documents. Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged and meet quality guidelines. Assist the shipping department as needed based on supervisor guidance. Ensure all products are labeled in the receiving warehouse, reporting any issues to WS. Abide with all safety regulations, including while on forklifts. Maintain equipment in clean and safe working conditions through daily inspections before startup and during shift. Assist with inventory counts as needed. Lead and assign duties or tasks per WS guidance to receiving clerks to ensure all tasks and department goals are met. Cross-train personnel as needed. Help create a daily production list using materials as assigned by WS. Report issues regarding the Food Safety Management System to the Supervisor. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Education A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Experience 1-2 years of forklift operator experience. At least 2 years of receiving/shipping warehouse experience. 1-year experience operating standup forklift in the high drive-in racking system. Some knowledge of computer programs for entering data.
