A respected General Contractor in the valley is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team. This Estimator needs to be versed in client relationships, experienced with building estimations valued up to $20M+.



Estimator Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects up to $20M
• Responsible for overseeing profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients and design teams
• Track, price, and negotiate project cost changes

Responsibilities :

• Preparing material estimates and cost estimates
• Managing bids from vendors and contractors
• Presenting prepared estimates to management to owners and clients
• Working with Preconstruction team using clear communication and effective team building skills
