Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Provide clerical and administrative support in the processing and posting of customer payments; including preparation of payments for processing, researching customer accounts, and preparing deposits. Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day to day work routine for self and others. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalency; and Ability to operate payment processing equipment and understanding of basic bookkeeping concepts such as debits and credits normally acquired through accounting coursework or one year of office experience. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access. Required to maintain a valid driver’s license. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered. Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Opens and balances payments in preparation for imaging. Assists in payment processing, including imaging documents, keying corrections, assists in deposit process, balance and direct payments, endorses/encodes checks and prepares bank deposit. Sorts outgoing mail and research customer accounts. Updates mailing addresses. Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
