Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current or eligible for Michigan Occupational Therapist licensure before the new school year
• Experience in a school-based OT role highly desirable
• Comfort and flexibility in serving a diverse K-12 caseload
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to tailor interventions to support individual education plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ abilities and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions in individual or group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support educational success
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for student achievement
• Maintain accurate records and track students’ therapeutic progress
