This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• Average Weekly Gross $1,695.510 Per Week

• Average Yearly Gross $88,167.00 Per Year

• CPM $0.79 - $0.83 Per Mile

• Detention Pay $20.00 Per Hour

• Holiday Pay $300.00 Per Day

• New Hire Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Rest Breaks $32.80 Per Occurrence

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour
