The Production Team Member position is responsible for all phases of assembling finished goods for customer orders and maintaining safety and quality standards within the warehouse. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operates packaging equipment (box erector, label machines, palletizer, etc.) Moves packaging material and finished goods products using a hand truck, forklift, or other material handling equipment, following all safety policies. Fills containers with blended products for customer orders Assists with general counting of inventory Organizes warehouse for cleanliness and safety at all times Maintains all safety standards, including wearing PPE as required Maintains all quality indicators for operations by verifying product quantity/quality before inventory storage Supports the strategic and operational direction of the business Additional duties as assigned ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES: Self-motivated and detailed-oriented Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals both inside and outside the company Fosters positive work relationships and is a solid team player Able to complete projects promptly and get results Capable of working effectively in a team environment Excellent organizational skills REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED 6 months or more experience in a manufacturing and packaging facility Ability to perform the job's essential functions including physical lifting of up to 50 lbs. Basic computer literacy Prior forklift experience is a plus
