Salary:
Window World is the largest window replacement company in the United States and we are looking for highly motivated and energetic sales professionals to turn an abundance of leads into happy customers. The sales consultant is responsible for providing customer support and product demonstrations. Sales leads are provided by the company. Accordingly, this role is the key factor in converting sales leads into contracts.
Window World is backed by JD Power and Associates as the #1 window company in America. Window World carries more 3rd party quality endorsements than any other company nationwide. Become a design consultant today, it is a 100% commission based subcontract position, you build your own business without the overhead, marketing, and headaches but with all the tax benefits. As a 3508 direct salesperson, the sales consultant should use the duties and responsibilities listed below as general guidelines to help meet company expectations. Qualifications:
- Charismatic and engaging personality
- Ability to engage in meaningful conversation and build rapport
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communicator
- Motivated and hungry
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to carry 50lbs (Demo window and bag)
Responsibilities:
- Perform Window World sales demonstration
- Identify, discuss, and provide resolution for customer concerns
- Provide customer support and follow up throughout the customer project
- Measure units and process all documents for each customer
- Detail scope of work and materials needed
- Work with customer service specialist to uphold the highest customer service standards
What to expect:
- Yearly earnings range from $60K-$450K with an average rep earning $150K
