As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, surrounding perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and assigned areas while maintaining professional communication with employees, contractors, and guests. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
