Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for sorting materials, lifting and moving products throughout the shift, and supporting daily production needs. This position requires someone who is self-sufficient, team-oriented, dependable, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced, hot production environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Material Sorting: Sort and organize materials according to production needs and company procedures.
• Physical Strength: Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Standing Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods while performing assigned job duties.
• Production Support: Assist with keeping production moving by sorting, moving, and organizing materials efficiently.
• Fast-Paced Work: Must be comfortable working in a busy production environment with repetitive lifting and movement.
• Hot Work Environment: Must be able to work in a warm production setting.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
• Self-Sufficient: Must be able to stay on task, follow instructions, and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
• Team Oriented: Must be willing to work with others and support the overall team and production goals.
• Growth Mindset: Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to grow within the company.
• Attendance and Punctuality: Must maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time.
• Steel-toed shoes are required
