Key Responsibilities Assess patients' conditions and needs promptly and effectively. Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as per physicians' orders. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with established protocols. Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
