We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in all phases of litigation, including large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records, to become a member of this winning practice group and join one of the fastest‑moving areas of the law. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and two plus years of litigation experience, or no degree/certificate and six plus years of experience. Experience must include all phases of trial and trial preparation, large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings, and subpoenaing records. Large‑scale multi‑party litigation experience is preferred. Travel required.
