Responsibilities Generate retail sales by showcasing Verizon’s technology and offering superior customer service. Identify customer needs through effective questioning and relationship building. Position product insights and recommend solutions to deliver a complete sales experience. Close sales using strong communication skills. Develop skills via ongoing training in merchandising, inventory, and operational functions. Generate additional business through outbound calls and text outreach to existing customers. Represent Verizon at community and off‑site events to grow the customer base. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience, including military service. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with schedules given four weeks ahead. Flexibility to take additional shifts during peak periods. Experience in a commission‑based sales environment (preferred). Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation (preferred). Compensation & Benefits Base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour + up to $18,000 annual commission, potentially exceeding $65,000 total earning. Best‑in‑class medical, dental, and vision coverage.
