This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of guidelines and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Responsible for providing direction and guidance, as well as serves as point person during project implementation. Provides input into the development, implementation and execution of procedures, strategies, and specific objectives. Essential Functions Operate as a key team member, responsible for infrastructure, support and service needed to achieve organizational objectives. Serve as a technology consultant, in the role of supporting the networks and other technology assets. Provide technical expertise and assistance on escalated tickets.
