The legendary rock & roll barbershop experience is finally coming to Mankato, MN - and we're building an all-star team to launch it BIG!

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is not your average salon or barbershop. We combine high-energy music, creative style, incredible service, and a fun atmosphere to create a one-of-a-kind experience for both our clients and our team.

We're looking for passionate, talented stylists and barbers who love hair, love people, and want to work somewhere exciting, upbeat, and full of personality.

Whether it's fades, long layers, beard trims, blowouts, or family cuts - we serve men, women, and kids in a modern, music-inspired environment where individuality is celebrated.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional haircuts, fades, color, styling, beard trims, and grooming services
Work with a diverse clientele including men, women, and children
Create amazing client experiences that keep guests coming back
Recommend products and services to grow your income
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional station
Bring positive energy and teamwork to the shop every day

What We're Looking For

Active Minnesota Cosmetology or Barber License
Passion for the beauty/barber industry
Strong customer service and people skills
Confidence in clipper cuts, fades, and longer styles
Team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Stylists and barbers ready to grow, learn, and have fun doing it
