About The Role As a Commercial Real Estate Research Analyst, you will provide research and analysis support of commercial real estate markets. What You'll Do Collect, organize, and synthesize market data across the Colorado market, including metro Denver, Boulder, Northern Colorado, and Colorado Springs — tracking properties, transactions, tenants, and new developments to build a reliable foundation for research and analysis. Translate market data into clear narratives for thought leadership reports, quarterly market outlooks, and broker-facing materials — distilling complex research into accessible, visually coherent stories for internal and external audiences. Liaise with brokers, sales management and marketing on specific pitches and projects. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree or Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 0-4 years of experience in commercial real estate or other market research role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Knowledge of financial terms and principles. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and documents and work through problems with multiple variables. Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in commercial real estate markets Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills. Experience with AI programs a plus. The minimum salary for the Research Analyst position is $60K/yr and the maximum salary for the position is $70K/ yr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
