Our organization specializes in evidence-based behavioral therapies aimed at assisting children in overcoming challenges associated with autism spectrum disorders. Our goal is to enhance the independence and quality of life for our clients and their families.

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is responsible for providing clinical expertise, leadership, feedback, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.

In this role, you will ensure that:

• Client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical services, leading to significant client progress and satisfaction with our offerings.
• You will deliver direct services, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), oversee assigned client cases, and consult on cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
• Your clinical team benefits from professional development opportunities tailored to their experience and growth stage, providing oversight, feedback, mentoring, and encouragement to foster the success of Program Managers and Interventionists.

• Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours weekly, 110 hours monthly).
• Supervise the Program Manager team to ensure they achieve a minimum of 28 billable hours weekly (120 hours monthly).
• Deliver quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to uphold treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients, settings, and funding sources, including direct observation and necessary protocol adjustments.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments, such as ABLLS-R, AFLS, and/or VB-MAPP, to create and evaluate individualized treatment recommendations and objectives.
• Provide supervision and documentation in compliance with BACB standards for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates as required.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, to develop function-based treatment plans.
• Offer precise skill assessments and direct feedback through Performance Management metrics to clinical team members, including Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers.
• Provide training as necessary to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
• Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and other interdisciplinary team meetings when applicable, presenting proposed goals, objectives, behavioral interventions, and necessary modifications/adaptations.
• Collaborate with school personnel by observing students, providing written programming and behavioral recommendations, implementing training as needed, and offering regular follow-up support as authorized.

• Strong skills in ABA and clinical practices
• Self-motivated: Consistently schedules and attends client appointments and clinical team meetings with reliability and punctuality
• Excellent written and verbal communication: Clear language, correct grammar, and spelling
• Effective time management: Balances billable and non-billable hours, both onsite and in-office
• Strong interpersonal skills: Builds rapport with clients and colleagues, fostering connections between the clinical team and client families
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer service: Aligns with organizational practices and serves client families and colleagues, regardless of their roles
• Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, with Spanish preferred
