Job Description

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through successful placement.

Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.

Consult with hiring managers to understand talent acquisition needs and provide market insights.

Source, assess, and engage top talent within your specialist market.

Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and proactive outreach.

Negotiate offers and manage the interview and onboarding process.

Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities.

Grow market share through strategic account management and new client acquisition.

Utilize Michael Page's technology, data, and global network to deliver exceptional results.
