About the Role:

Arceo Brothers NJ Inc is looking for an energetic and friendly Host/Busser to join our team in Netcong, NJ! This is a great opportunity to be the face of our restaurant, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest who walks through our doors. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing seating and waitlists efficiently

Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a friendly, professional manner

Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly between seatings

Assist servers by refilling water, removing dirty dishes, and maintaining table cleanliness

Monitor dining room flow and communicate wait times accurately to guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front-of-house areas

Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries

Requirements:

Prior experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods during shifts

Strong multitasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
