Urology Locum Tenens Opportunity

St. Joseph Medical Center, St. Anthony Hospital, and St. Clare Hospital are looking for full-time Urology locum coverage as soon as credentialed for up to 9 months! Providers submitted to this position will be cross-credentialed to provide call coverage at all three locations. Call shifts will vary between one or multiple of these facilities.

Rates: (strictly follow)

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation $257.50-262.50 - half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"

On Call (Daily) $4000-4200 - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $6,225-6,750 - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

Call Back $500-550 "Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms."

Holiday Call Back $750-825 "Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms."

Average Callback: Weekday: 7

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Start: As soon as credentialed

Duration: 6+ months

Assignment: 24-hour call. Response time less than 30 mins.

Required Procedures:

• Cystic
• Lithotripsy
• Nepherctomy
• Transurethral Resecution
• Prostatectomy
• Pselolithotomy

EMR: EPIC

Patients per Day: 6-8 consults. We do have the APPs doing inpatient rounding and first contact for ER call from 8-5. There is an XI and a SI available and we do have block time available. When on hospital call, it would be more general urology with only emergent cases being done in the OR and the others punted to the surgeon the following day.

Support Staff: 2 other physicians, 5 RNS and 2 MAs for our surgeon and 3 APPs

Requirement description :

Board Certified Urology [Required]

WA license [HIGHLY PREFERRED].

If provider does not have active WA license - Providers with LOQ for IMLC acceptable. Client will also consider candidates who WA license is in process [REQUIRED]

BLS [ Required]

Clean Malpractice/Background [HIGHLY PREFERRED]

Local, No flights - No flights [HIGHLY PREFERRED]

The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date.
