We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting shipping and receiving processes. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and the ability to operate various types of equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and cranes for effective materials handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize operations and improve efficiency in warehouse distribution processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 15 pounds) as required by the job duties.
