We are seeking a professional and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Present menus, take orders, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
