We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager who is eager to grow their career while gaining hands-on experience with project planning, field coordination, subcontractor management, and project execution. You'll work alongside experienced construction leaders and play a key role in keeping major projects on schedule, within budget, and moving toward successful completion.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the successful execution of complex construction projects from planning through completion.

• Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
• Support procurement efforts, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress
• Participate in project meetings and communicate with field teams
• Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track key milestones and help ensure project deadlines are met
• Support day-to-day project operations and problem-solving efforts

• 1-5+ years of experience in:
• Construction Project Engineering
• Project Coordination
• Assistant Project Management
• Related construction management roles
• Understanding of construction project management principles and field operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, manufacturing, data center, or mission-critical construction projects

• Electrical construction, power distribution, MEP, or related project experience
• Familiarity with electrical drawings, scopes of work, submittals, and project documentation
• Experience supporting electrical contractors or electrical portions of large construction projects
• Reno-area candidates strongly preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Verdi, NV.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
