Front Of House Lead Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for a full time Front Of House Lead Supervisor position. Location: Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts - 1601 Broadway, Kansas City, MO 64108. Requirement: Previous high volume catering, bar, and customer service experience preferred. Perks: Willing to train! Pay Range: $25.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour.

Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead event-day operations, coordinating staffing, setup, execution, and breakdown activities to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and event stakeholders to support exceptional guest experiences and successful event outcomes.
• Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and safety standards while proactively resolving issues that arise during events.
• Provide hands-on leadership by supporting front-of-house and service staff as needed to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
