Program Structure:

• Phase 1 (Day 15): Orientation, safety training, company policies, and introduction to maintenance standards.
• Phase 2 (Day 690): Daily on-site training with seasoned mentors, exposure to diverse building systems, and supplemental virtual/classroom sessions.
