ustomer Relations Associate

to join our team in the Milwaukee area. If you’re friendly, confident, and enjoy working with people, this is an opportunity to put those skills to work in a customer-facing environment while representing nonprofit campaigns in the local community. You’ll spend your day speaking directly with customers, answering questions, creating positive interactions, and helping the organizations we represent connect with more people. Your Role As a Customer Relations Associate, you’ll be responsible for: Engaging with customers face-to-face at retail and promotional locations Introducing nonprofit campaigns and explaining their work Answering questions clearly and professionally Building rapport with different people throughout the day Helping interested customers learn how they can support current campaigns Providing a friendly and positive customer experience Working alongside the team toward daily campaign goals What We Offer Full-time, consistent hours Weekly base pay plus performance-based earnings Paid training when you join Ongoing coaching and support A social, team-oriented working environment Hands-on experience in customer relations and communication Opportunities to develop and take on additional responsibility What We’re Looking For You don’t need to come from one specific background.
