Company perks consist of a competitive salary and bonus opportunities, personal and career development, comprehensive leadership training, company parties, free food/snacks and uniforms, Massage Heights Family Fund, employee discounts - complimentary services, and a digital work environment.Schedule/expected work hours include the ability to work some weekends, evenings, holidays, and 40 hours is required.Responsibilities include growing the member base month-over-month, leading by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals, directly supervising and being accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations, recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining top talent, effectively creating and managing team member schedules, setting individual team member and overall Retreat goals, planning, preparing, and executing events to promote Massage Heights in your area, conducting necessary marketing activities to drive leads, and developing partnerships with local businesses in your area.Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years membership-based sales and service, experience managing hourly wage employees, working knowledge of labor and employment laws, experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution, capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline, demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software, basic business math skills, and financial and P&L experience.Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
