Retail Service Specialist - Union GBA

Retail Service Specialist Compensation Pay Range $17.05 - $23.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Essential Job Functions Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers. Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team member execution on customer service programs such as Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, and Rock the Lot. Ensure the telephone is answered according to company policy. Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, contacting customers on shipment arrivals as needed. Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, using the electronic outside purchase order ledger. Process retail customer returns and exchanges accurately, issue refunds using the correct payment method, and stage returned merchandise correctly in the returns area. Invoice all merchandise before product leaves the store, including core charges and warranties. Communicate Zipline messages and delegate and complete Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned. Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule, with changes or deviations approved by a member of management, and clock in/out in accordance with company policy. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day‑end procedures, securing money and deposits, preparing bank deposits as needed, ensuring all night security lights are on, locking doors, arming/disarming security alarms, and checking and securing delivery vehicles. All other duties as assigned.
