Your responsibilities include utilizing our exclusive platform along with your personal network to find potential healthcare candidates, reaching out to prospective candidates, sharing MLR opportunities and assessing their interest, scheduling meetings between candidates and recruiters for more in-depth discussions, following up with prospects to sustain their interest and assist throughout the hiring process, keeping meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews facilitated, and hires resulting from your leads.
