Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit Neurolo gical (ICU Neurological) position is located in Athens, Texas. This role involves caring for adult patients in a high-acuity neuro intensive care environment. The role requires a flexible, skilled HCP with experience in neurological critical care, providing advanced patient monitoring and management.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale). A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Neuro ICU setting is preferred, including neuro experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in charting systems such as Epic, community hospital experience, trauma level I or II experience, travel experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required within ICU, Intermediate Care, or Telemetry units as needed.
• Additional Information: Must have a Texas state or compact license in hand at the time of submittal. All RTO (Request To Off) must be listed at the time of submittal. Previous staff must wait one year before returning as a traveler. Onboarding includes completing core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing. Modules are non-billable and completed onsite during orientation.
