Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Administrative Assistant for an established operations team in Rock Springs, Wyoming.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support for a busy department.
• Create and maintain monthly reports, spreadsheets, and other departmental documentation.
• Review department needs while assisting with vendor pricing, discounts, and contract administration.
• Respond professionally to internal and external customer requests.
• Maintain confidential information and departmental records.
• Support office operations while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, correspondence, and reference materials.
• Follow established company procedures while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of general office clerical or administrative support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to create reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
