Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Health Care Administration. or related area from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of Human Resources experience
• SPHR or PHR certification preferred
• Multisite experience preferred
• Healthcare experience a plus

• Draft/edit policies, procedures, job descriptions, manuals, handbooks
• Prepare turnover analysis reports/create retention strategies
• Travel as needed
