- Support safety initiatives and operational best practices
- Review operational reports, key performance indicators, and service metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality
- Partner with senior leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, contract compliance, and strategic planning initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across all areas of the operation
- Strong leadership and team development experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational success
- Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, operations leadership, customer service management, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
