Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing a portfolio of projects and programs. This role involves overseeing all aspects of assigned programs throughout their lifecycles, ensuring completion within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. Responsibilities include: strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives; adhering to organizational objectives; managing project teams; resolving high-scope issues; collaborating with cross-functional teams; developing scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines; managing budgets; identifying and mitigating program risks; and producing program reports. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
