Silver Branch Brewing Co. is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our Rockville kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to elevate the menu and pair dishes with our award-winning beers. You’ll lead daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, ensure consistency in every plate, and drive quality while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.
